The Sheffield Wednesday and Leeds United pair left Port Vale in January.

Two former Port Vale loan players were reunited on Tuesday. Sheffield Wednesday winger Jack Stobbs and Leeds United left-back Tyler Denton spent the first half of the campaign at Vale Park, before being recalled by their respective clubs.
But the pair have not lost touch and were filmed together on each other’s Instagram stories.
“Quick catch up”, wrote Stobbs in one post, adding the words: “House warming” in another. While Denton wrote “What I’m dealing with”, in a post which showed the Wednesday man using his smartphone.

Denton may have made the biggest impression at Vale, but he has yet to make a first team appearance since his return to Leeds – only appearing in a matchday squad on two occasions.

And the 22-year-old appears to have fallen further down the pecking order following the January arrival of Laurens de Bock and Tom Pearce’s recent emergence.
Stobbs, meanwhile, has played three times for Wednesday, who tied him to a new two-and-a-half-year deal in February.
