Morgan Fox returned for Sheffield Wednesday against Millwall on Tuesday.

Morgan Fox has shared his response to being dropped by Sheffield Wednesday.
Fox played for Wednesday’s Under-23s against Nottingham Forest on Friday, despite impressing many Owls fans with his performance against Derby County the previous Saturday, under difficult circumstances.
However, the Welshman returned to Carlos Carvalhal’s starting eleven against Millwall on Tuesday and set up the opening goal for Adam Reach.
When asked if he spoke to Carvalhal about his demotion, Fox told the Sheffield Star: “No; the manager has made it clear that we have a squad and he’s going to use everyone. I think all the players know that.

“There is plenty of competition here. It’s good to have that or otherwise you can get complacent. We have competition all over the pitch which can only be a good thing.
“Of course, it is frustrating (when you’re not playing). I’m the same as everyone else. I want to play every game but you just have to get on with it.
“Hopefully I did enough against Millwall to keep my place. I want to be involved in every game.”
The left-back also said: “It felt good to be back in the team. It was nice to get a run-out. I like to get forward and it was good get an assist and create the opening goal. I just tried to do my bit for the team.”
Should Fox keep his place against Aston Villa on Saturday, it would be only the second time he has done so since the start of April.

And his chances look good, with direct rivals Daniel Pudil and Reach either struggling for fitness or impressing further up the pitch.
Charlton Athletic academy product Fox has made 15 appearances for Wednesday since his January move from the Valley.
According to Transfermarkt, he has little more than 18 months to run on his Hillsborough contract.
Should Fox be Sheffield Wednesday’s regular left-back?
