The Sheffield Wednesday midfielder is recovering from ankle surgery.

Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Sean Clare has posted a picture from his recovery bed on Instagram.
Clare has not played since the Owls’ 4-0 defeat against Bristol City at the start of this month due to an ankle injury.
And the promising 21-year-old – who has scored once in five appearances for Wednesday – will not be available again this season, according to manager Jos Luhukay.
Although he appears to be heading in the right direction.
“Op went well,” wrote Clare, adding the hashtag “SeanFlair”.

Clare’s future at Hillsborough remains in doubt, with his contract one of seven at the club set to expire in June.
The deal offered to him by Wednesday remains unsigned, while Premier League clubs are taking an interest, according to reports last month.
And, after he tweeted about the Owls’ fixture with Preston on Friday, those of a blue and white persuasion are urging Clare to stay.
Will Sheffield Wednesday hang on to Clare?
