Sheffield Wednesday fans think Keiren Westwood has taken a pop at Jos Luhukay in his latest message on Twitter.

Westwood was controversially dropped by Luhukay at the start of the season, with the former Wednesday boss preferring Cameron Dawson.

The fact Luhukay wasn’t playing Westwood was one of Wednesday fans main criticisms of the Dutch manager.

And Westwood’s annoyance at not playing in the early part of the season was clear to see after his latest message on social media.

Wednesday fans responded to the message by encouraging Westwood to stick with them.

Steve Bruce is planning a major clear out at Hillsborough this summer, but Westwood has been offered a new contract.

Wednesday have already announced that they are releasing six out of contract players, but Bruce wants to keep Westwood around.

The Irish international still has put pen to paper on a new deal yet though, leaving some concerns around Hillsborough.
