Sheffield Wednesday manager Garry Monk will take charge of his side for the first time next weekend.

Sheffield Wednesday fans have encouraged Garry Monk, after he posted for the first time since being announced as manager at Hillsborough last night.
Monk was appointed as Wednesday boss last week, as the Owls finally found a permanent replacement for Steve Bruce.
Lee Bullen had been in temporary charge of Wednesday and done a solid job, but the decision was that Monk was a better option to take charge over the long-term.
Monk seems excited to get started at Wednesday, and thanked supporters for their support of him.
The response from Owls fans was a positive one, although there were some suggesting that he should immediately delete Twitter to avoid criticism.
Monk takes over a Wednesday side who currently sit in 11th place in the Championship table.
The Owls are on the back of a run of three straight defeats in the league, and Monk’s first task will be to stop that poor run of form.
The former Leeds and Birmingham City boss’s first game in charge will come against Huddersfield Town at the weekend.
