Most Sheffield Wednesday fans have suggested that they don’t think Steve Bruce will take the Newcastle United job.
Newcastle are looking for a new manager following the departure of Rafael Benitez.
But most Owls supporters cannot see Bruce leaving Hillsborough just yet.
Bruce has done an impressive job at Wednesday so far, after taking over from Jos Luhukay.
Wednesday were at a low ebb when Luhukay left, but Bruce quickly managed to guide the Owls up the table and almost got them into the Championship play offs last season.
There is now hope that Wednesday can compete for promotion next term, with Bruce at the helm.
Newcastle, meanwhile, will be hoping to sort their managerial situation out sooner rather than later, so they can begin planning for life without Benitez.
