Pelupessy featured for Wednesday in the Championship game against Hull away from home at the KCOM Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The 24-year-old defensive midfielder started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as the Owls won 1-0.
Wednesday fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Pelupessy, who joined the Owls from Heracles Almelo in the January transfer window for a fee reported by The Star to be worth £500,000.
Over the course of the 90 minutes at the KCOM Stadium on Saturday afternoon, visitors Wednesday had 43% of the possession, took eight shots of which three were on target, and earned five corners, according to BBC Sport.
Wednesday had 16th in the Championship table at the moment with 50 points from 43 matches and are safe from getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.
