Sheffield Wednesday lost against Birmingham City in the Championship on Saturday.

Sheffield Wednesday fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to praise Frederico Venancio despite his mistake against Birmingham City on Saturday.
Venancio featured for Wednesday in the Championship game against Birmingham at the Hillsborough Stadium.
The 25-year-old central defender, currently on loan from Vitoria Setubal, started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes.
The former Portugal Under-21 international centre-back made a mistake that resulted in a goal, as the Owls lost 3-1.
Wednesday fans, though, have praised Venancio on Twitter for accepting his mistake and acknowledging the fans at the end of the match.

Wednesday’s performance against Birmingham was disappointing, and the home team also ended the game with 10 men due to the dismissals of Marco Matias and Daniel Pudil.
The defeat to Birmingham on Saturday means that the Owls are now 17th in the Championship table with 33 points from 30 matches, just seven points above the relegation zone.
Things could get tricky in the coming weeks if results and performances do not improve…
