Blackburn Rovers’ Charlie Mulgrew is reportedly wanted by Sheffield Wednesday in the summer transfer window.
Sheffield Wednesday fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the club with a move for Charlie Mulgrew of Blackburn Rovers.
It has been reported that the Championship club, who will be aiming to finish in the top six next season, want the former Celtic star for a transfer fee of £1 million.
Mulgrew, who is a versatile player and can operate in defence or in midfield, joined Blackburn only in the summer of 2016 following his departure from Scottish Premiership giants Celtic at the end of the 2015-16 season.
The 31-year-old Scotland international featured in 28 Championship appearances for Blackburn last season, scoring three goals and providing one assist in the process.
