Sheffield Wednesday are reportedly hopeful of concluding a season-long loan for the Fulham attacking midfielder.

Sheffield Wednesday fans are reacting after one of their rumoured January transfer targets appeared for Fulham in the Premier League.
The Sheffield Star reported last week that Wednesday are hopeful of concluding a season-long loan for the Cottagers’ attacking midfielder, Neeskens Kebano.
Kebano had only played five times for Fulham all season, but was introduced for the final 20 minutes of Sunday’s 2-1 defeat against Tottenham Hotspur.
But what did those of a Sheffield Wednesday persuasion make of the 26-year-old’s cameo, and how might it affect the Owls’ chances of a deal?
This is what they’re saying on Twitter…
When asked about his side’s interest in Kebano at a press conference on Friday, the Sheffield Wednesday interim manager, Steve Agnew, refused to give too much away.
He did, however, add that a player with the DR Congo international’s attributes would be a welcome addition to the squad at Hillsborough.

“The one thing I would say is that for a team to attack and hurt the opposition and create more chances then yeah, I think any pace in any team frightens defenders,” he explained via the club’s official website.

“If there is an injection of pace somewhere in the team at some point then I’m sure it will make us a better team.”
Kebano, who scored twice for Fulham against Sheffield Wednesday two seasons ago, would be cup-tied for the Owls’ trip to Chelsea on Sunday, should he sign before then.
