Sheffield Wednesday manager Carlos Carvalhal has insisted that their fans will be at 100% for their clash against Huddersfield Town.
Sheffield Wednesday are on a mission to finally get back into the top flight after coming so close last season by reaching the play-off final. It is going to be a long and hard season for the Yorkshire side, but they definitely have the quality in their ranks to make a surge for the top six. Their next task comes against table toppers Huddersfield Town, and as reported by the club’s official website, manager Carlos Carvalhal has said the travelling fans will be at 100% for the game.

The Owls will travel to John Smith’s Stadium on Sunday off the back of a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Brighton & Hove Albion, however they will still be confident of their chances against the high-flying Terriers.
“This is a marathon and I think the best way is believing in the players, the staff, giving the maximum, focus on the next game and enjoy the way that we play,” Carvalhal told the Owls website.
“We are working hard on this process. Also we have players that we know will do better in the future.

“We must all focus on the next game, in this case it is Huddersfield. We are pushing the players and we are sure our fans will be at 100% in the game to support the team.”
Wednesday have not played in the top flight of English football since 2000, but given the talent at their disposal a return to the big time is certainly within reach.
Carvalhal’s men face a winnable run of fixtures over the course of the next few weeks, and a victory over a side as good as Huddersfield will do wonders for the side’s morale.
