Tottenham Hotspur loanee Cameron Carter-Vickers is in for a test against Leeds United.

Cameron Carter-Vickers is a young defender with a lot of expectation upon his young shoulders.
The 19-year-old is a regular for USA’s under-23s, and one of the players who the country hope to build their future around.
He is contracted to Tottenham Hotspur and is on his first loan spell of his career, playing for Sheffield United.
He has made a big impact at Bramall Lane, establishing himself as a regular at centre-back, helping them to third in the Championship table.

This evening he is set to line up against Leeds United, and could face the biggest challenge of his young career to date.
He will be up against experienced striker Pierre-Michel Lasogga, who has been capped by Germany and is on loan at Leeds United.
Lasogga is a physically strong forward, but Carter-Vickers is a powerhouse of a defender himself, and the duel between the pair could well matched.
If Carter-Vickers is to succeed at Tottenham Hotspur, this is the type of challenge he will have to stand up well to.

Lasogga has four goals and three assists in seven games this season for Leeds, with three of those four strikes coming at Elland Road.
Playing away at Leeds against a tough opponent in front of the television cameras is a great test for Carter-Vickers, and one of the reasons Tottenham have sent him out on loan so he can learn and improve his game.
So far he has been a big success for Sheffield United, and Blades fans will hope he can play a big role in their side scoring another key victory and enhancing his reputation further.
