Sheffield United fans react to reports linking Blades with Rotherham’s Will Vaulks

Sheffield United fans are reacting to reports linking the Blades with Rotherham United’s Will Vaulks.

According to Teamtalk, Sheffield United are one of several clubs – including their city rivals, Sheffield Wednesday – keen on the Rotherham midfielder.

Vaulks recorded seven goals and seven assists from central midfield as the Millers suffered relegation from the Championship in 2018/19.

And his employers may be inclined to cash in on the Wales international as he approaches the final year of his contract.

Sheffield United have long been credited with an interest in Vaulks, who was sent off at Bramall Lane in March.

But with Chris Wilder’s side now of the Premier League, some Blades fans are expressing doubts over Vaulks’ suitability.

As well as Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday, Vaulks’ suitors are said to include Norwich City, Cardiff City and Derby County.
