Besic left Everton to join Sheffield United on a season-long deal in the final hours of the summer transfer window.

The Everton midfielder Muhamed Besic appears to have made a positive first impression on fans of loan club Sheffield United.
Besic left Everton to join Sheffield United on a season-long deal in the final hours of the summer transfer window.
And having remained an unused substitute in each of the Blades’ three Premier League games so far, the Bosnian finally made his bow during Tuesday’s EFL Cup victory over Blackburn Rovers.
Besic played the full 90 minutes for Chris Wilder’s side, for whom goals from Richard Stearman and Oliver Norwood secured a 2-1 win against their Championship opponents.

And the Everton man’s all-action display has already won over several of the Sheffield United faithful.
This is what they are saying about him on Twitter…
Besic will have a year left on his contract if and when he returns to Everton from Sheffield United.
The 26-year-old last played for his parent club in August 2017, and recently spent 18 months on loan to Middlesbrough.
