Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder has urged ex-Blades Kyle Walker, Harry Maguire and Jamie Murphy to “get themselves off” during the summer transfer window.

Walker has been heavily linked with a move away from Tottenham Hotspur amid reported interest from Manchester City, while Spurs are among the clubs said to be keen on Hull City’s Maguire.

Both players, along with Brighton’s Jamie Murphy, have left Sheffield United in recent years and Wilder is hopeful that sell-on clauses were agreed with the trio’s new clubs.

“I would be very surprised if they didn’t [have clauses],” the Blades boss told BBC Radio Sheffield on Friday. “I would suggest they had clauses.

“If Harry Maguire and Kyle [Walker] and Jamie Murphy want moves then get yourself off lads.”

The Sheffield Star previously reported that United are entitled to a percentage of Walker and Maguire‘s next transfers, with the Tottenham player in line to net his old side 10 per cent. However, it is unclear whether a similar arrangement was struck for Murphy.

Walker is thought to be valued in excess of £35 million by Tottenham, while reports suggest Maguire could be on the move for up to £15 million after Hull’s relegation from the Premier League.

Murphy’s future could also be in doubt with Brighton expected to add to their promotion winning side.
