Jos Luhukay capped off a bad afternoon for Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday after using an expletive in a response to a journalist’s question and eventually storming out of the post-match press conference.

The Owls had lost six out of their last nine Championship games going into Saturday’s game against Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium, but took the initiative by scoring on the hour when Marco Matias netted for the visitors.

Ten minutes later, Wednesday found themselves 2-1 down thanks to two goals in two minutes from Bersant Celina and Wayne Routledge, which ultimately condemned the South Yorkshire side to their seventh defeat in ten league games.

Luhukay has now won just 16 games out of 48 at Wednesday and, after being asked about his future at the club once again, the Dutchman appeared to lose his cool as he swore at the journalist and eventually left the conference room prematurely.

BBC Radio Sheffield’s Football Heaven show uploaded an audio clip of the moment on their Twitter page – with the expletive censored:

Some Wednesday fans then took to Twitter to give their thoughts on the incident:
