Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal will not finish in the top four of the Premier League this season, predicts Shaun Goater.

“I think Tottenham and Arsenal,” said Goater on The Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast show on talkSPORT on Friday morning (broadcast from 6am, September 8, 2017) when asked for the two teams among the top six who will miss out on the top four.

Tottenham finished second in the Premier League last season and have managed to keep all of their key players, except right-back Kyle Walker, who joined Manchester City in the summer transfer window.
The North London outfit have one of the best teams in the Premier League, and it is hard to imagine them not finishing in the top four.

Winning the title will be tough, especially with the squads that Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea have.
However, Tottenham certainly have the players and the experience to claim a Champions League spot.
As for Arsenal, the North London outfit missed out on a top-four finish last season, and one should not be surprised if they fail to end up outside the Champions League places once again.
