Everton forward Richarlison scored twice in Marco Silva’s side’s 3-1 win against Brighton this weekend.

Brighton & Hove Albion’s Shane Duffy has been left seriously impressed by Everton’s Richarlison, after the two sides clashed at Goodison Park on Saturday.
Richarlison scored twice in Everton’s 3-1 win over Brighton and the Brazilian forward gave Chris Hughton’s side a torrid time.
Richarlison’s combination of pace and power was too much for Brighton to handle.
Indeed, it was Duffy who was left for dead for Richarlison’s second of the game, as the summer signing poked the ball beyond him before racing on to it and finishing to secure the points for the Toffees.
And Duffy admitted after the game that he was seriously impressed by Richarlison on Twitter.
Richarlison has made a wonderful start to life at Everton, and he has already silenced any criticism over his large transfer fee.
The Toffees appear to have one of the brightest young talents in the Premier League at their disposal, after his blistering start.
Everton’s win over Brighton has pushed them up into ninth place in the table, with Marco Silva’s side making an encouraging start to the campaign.
