The West Bromwich Albion winger is a Celtic fan.

By virtue of the fact that he has been spotted in a Celtic jersey and occasionally takes the you-know-what out of Rangers fans on Twitter, it’s safe to say that West Bromwich Albion winger James McClean has an affinity for the Parkhead club.
But his Republic of Ireland team-mate Shane Duffy embarrassed him over his love for Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic side while on international duty today.
The Brighton & Hove Albion defender uploaded a video on his Snapchat of the West Brom ace texting away on his phone, whilst Duffy narrated the moment by saying: “Oh Brendan. Sign me Brendan. Brendan, Brendan sign me.”

The footage can be seen below:
McClean can be seen slightly laughing in the video before it cuts off.
McClean and Duffy will put their Celtic-related banter to one side now as the Boys in Green prepare for their last World Cup qualifier – a tricky trip in Wales tomorrow.

Martin O’Neill’s side can seal automatic qualification into the World Cup by beating Wales and hope that Georgia beat top-of-the-table Serbia in Belgrade.
Just a win for the Irish will see them pip Chris Coleman’s side to the playoff spot but a draw is enough for the Welsh.
