The Tottenham Hotspur star is being annihilated on Twitter.

Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter are tearing into Eric Dier on Twitter for his performance in this afternoon’s 1-1 draw with Sheffield United.
The England international started at centre-back alongside Davinson Sanchez but fans of the North London club weren’t happy with him.
Dier, once worth £50 million [The Telegraph], was sloppy in possession and was fortunate when a VAR decision got him off the hook in the second half.
Almost immediately after Tottenham took the lead through Son Heung-min on 58 minutes, the Blades thought they had equalised through David McGoldrick, who got the better of Dier to score, but VAR ruled it out for offside in a decision that’s been slammed on social media.
The visitors legitimately took the lead with 12 minutes to go when George Baldock’s effort deflected off Dier and went past Paulo Gazzaniga.
