Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to react after some footage of Reading maestro Michael Olise emerged.
The video in question shows the Frenchman dazzling Championship defences with his quick feet and outstanding eye for a pass.
Why does this concern Tottenham?
Well, The Athletic revealed that Spurs have been watching the playmaker for some time, while ‘half’ of the Premier League have also been credited with an interest.
Interestingly, the 19-year-old prodigy is available for a bargain fee, as The Athletic also reveal that he has an £8 million release clause in his contract.
Whoever lands the teenager will be getting a fantastic prospect.
In 23 Championship appearances this season, Olise has scored four goals while also recording an eye-catching eight assists.
One supporter below even said that the Reading attacker provided ‘shades’ of Eberechi Eze, who is now starring for Crystal Palace.
Last year, The Sun revealed that Eze was being tracked by Tottenham.
However, the England Under-21 star eventually moved to south London, rather than north London.
While it may hurt Tottenham to see Eze star in the Premier League, signing Olise for a bargain £8 million would go some way to easing that pain.
