Steven N’Zonzi is a target for Everton according to reports last month.

Vincenzo Montella has told Goal.com that he believes Everton target Steven N’Zonzi is willing to make it work at Sevilla, but doesn’t know how long that attitude will last.
The French midfielder has been linked with a move away from Sevilla in recent months after a bust-up with Montella’s predecessor Eduardo Berizzo.
Everton have been heavily linked and The Liverpool Echo reported recently that Sam Allardyce said he’d be “very interested” in a reunion, having signed N’Zonzi for Blackburn.

However, The Liverpool Echo have also reported that the midfield powerhouse was set for “showdown talks” with the Spanish side.
And Montella has suggested that N’Zonzi is open to making it work at Sevilla, but the Italian coach admits that he has no idea whether that will be the case all season.
“I’ve talked to him and I’ve seen him willing to be a part of the team,” Montella told Goal.com.

“But I do not know if it’s going to be like that for the whole season – I can’t get into his head.”
If Everton had given up hope then surely that is a reason for Allardyce to renew an interest.
Calciomercato reported last month that the towering figure is available for £35.2 million.
