Crystal Palace were keen on young goalkeeper last summer.

Tottenham Hotspur are set to release young goalkeeper Luke O’Reilly, according to Football London.
O’Reilly signed for Spurs last summer on a short-term deal, but the Lilywhites were not prepared to offer him a route to first team football.
Last summer The Mail reported Crystal Palace were interested, after Neil Warnock let him leave Cardiff City.
O’Reilly was given a boost by being invited to train with England’s senior international team, after catching the eye of former Palace goalkeeping coach Martyn Margetson.

Now the Eagles have a second chance to take a gamble on him, now the 21-year-old is set to become a free agent.
The future of Palace’s regular number one Wayne Hennessey is unclear, with the Wales international’s contract running down.

He could still re-sign, but Palace need to find alternatives, with 39-year-old stalwart Julian Speroni in the same position.
O’Reilly would be a low risk gamble by the Eagles, and show the club are starting to plan for the future in goal.
