West Ham fans have taken to Twitter to react after The Athletic revealed that Tomáš Souček is currently looking for a new apartment.
The 33-cap Czech Republic international moved to east London with his wife Natalie and their two-year-old daughter Tereza.
However, Souček is currently looking for somewhere else to live, as fans keep turning up to his property in the hope of getting a picture with him.
Now, that is extremely disappointing to hear.
Footballer or not, nobody should be turning up to someone else’s house unannounced and loitering around outside.
How do the West Ham fans who are doing this think it makes Souček feel?
Of course, we’re sure those involved don’t mean any harm, and are merely huge fans of the West Ham No.28.
However, the 26-year-old deserves his privacy, and will surely become frustrated in east London if this happens again once he has found a new home.
You can understand why Souček is so popular.
So far this season, the 26-year-old has scored nine goals in 34 Premier League appearances from midfield, which is absolutely brilliant.
It comes after he scored three goals in 13 Premier League outings to help West Ham avoid relegation last season.
Now, the Irons are challenging for the Champions League, and Souček has arguably been the catalyst for that turnaround.
