Tottenham striker Kane has missed out on the PFA Player of the Year award to Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne.
De Bruyne is one of the best midfielders in the world and is a key figure at City.
The Belgium international midfielder played a big role in Pep Guardiola’s side winning the Premier League title this past season.
However, Kane’s stats are much better than the former Chelsea man’s.
The Tottenham striker won the Premier League Golden Boot and also led the assists chart.
The England international scored 23 goals and gave 14 assists in the Premier League this past season.
De Bruyne had injury problems and spent quite a bit of time on the sidelines.
The Belgian made only 23 starts and two substitute appearances in the league.
The former Chelsea man scored six goals and gave 12 assists in those games.
True, Tottenham could not even finish in the Europa League places, but on a personal level, Kane had a great season.
Some Tottenham fans are fuming that Kane did not win the PFA award.
