Former Portsmouth and Sunderland man Sulley Muntari scored a stunner against Chievo, but Khouma Babacar’s goal for Fiorentina was even better.
There were some excellent goals in Serie A this weekend, plus a couple of weird ones, on an explosive weekend in Italian football.
While the main talking point of the round was Juventus’s 3-2 win over Roma, the moments of genius came elsewhere with AC Milan, Fiorentina and Empoli scoring some special goals.

And, an honourable mention for this bizarre chested goal from Massimo Coda of Parma in their 2-1 defeat against Genoa for quick thinking and novelty value.
