Tottenham Hotspur have gone back to the top of the Premier League table after a 0-0 draw against Chelsea on Sunday evening.
Spurs made the short trip to Stamford Bridge to take on their bitter rivals, with Jose Mourinho facing his former player in Frank Lampard.
Mourinho’s men were dangerous on the break in the first half, but couldn’t find a goal – and then retreated in the second half as they appeared to settle for a draw.
It wasn’t a classic, and it won’t live long in the memory, but Spurs frustrated a rival and kept a valuable clean sheet whilst returning to top spot.
After the game, Spurs defender Sergio Reguilon took to Twitter to celebrate the draw, posting a photo of himself grinning at going back to the top.
Some Chelsea fans were mocking Reguilon for celebrating a 0-0 draw, questioning his mentality – but they can’t stop top spot away from him or Spurs right now.

Tottenham teammate Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg kept his reaction brief; merely suggesting that Spurs will recover, analyse and go again after a battling point.
Two pretty different reactions from two Spurs summer signings, but it’s all about results for Mourinho and co, with yesterday’s draw a positive if not quite what they wanted.
