Tottenham Hotspur right-back Serge Aurier has praised his teammate Davinson Sanchez on Instagram for his performance against Fulham.
The Ivory Coast international has described Sanchez as a “soldier” (Spanish for Soldado) on Instagram, as shown below.
Spurs got the better of Fulham 1-0 away from home at Craven Cottage in London in the Premier League on Thursday evening.
Sanchez, 24, started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes.
How did Davinson Sanchez play against Fulham?
Sanchez is not guaranteed a place in the Tottenham starting lineup, but the 24-year-old has done well in the last few games he has played in.
Against Fulham on Thursday evening, the 24-year-old was brilliant at the back and was an absolute rock, as Spurs won the London derby.

The former Ajax star made two early blocks inside the box and stopped Ruben Loftus-Cheek from putting a shot in, although he could have done better on the occasion when Josh Maja scored the disallowed goal.
According to WhoScored, Sanchez had a pass accuracy of 77.1%, took 58 touches, and made two tackles, two interceptions and five clearances.
