AC Milan’s Franck Kessie is a reported target for a number of Premier League clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur.

Serge Aurier has lauded reported Tottenham Hotspur target Franck Kessie on Instagram for his stunning performance during the Ivory Coast’s 4-1 win over Namibia in the Africa Cup of Nations on Monday.
The AC Milan midfielder provided three assists on the day as the Ivory Coast booked their place in the knockout stages of the AFCON Cup.
Italian outlet Calciomercato.it have previously claimed that 22-year-old Kessie is on the radar of a number of clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur, with Milan valuing their player at £30 million.
Nonetheless, Spurs right-back Aurier was impressed with what his fellow countrymen did on Monday, as he stated on his personal Instagram account that Kessie’s three assists are ‘not bad’ and compared him to a ‘panther’.

Last season, Kessie played 34 Serie A games for Milan, scoring seven goals and supplying three assists from the middle of the park [transfermarkt].
With the Italian club serving a European ban, Spurs continuing to rise under Mauricio Pochettino, spending money this summer and being in the Champions League, then a move to Tottenham perhaps wouldn’t be a bad idea for Kessie.
With the new Premier League season a month away, Tottenham are now beginning to make moves in the summer transfer market.

On Tuesday, Spurs supporters finally saw some fresh faces arrive at the club, with Leeds winger Jack Clarke and Lyon midfielder Tanguy Ndombele moving to the club – Clarke was loaned back to the Championship side [Evening Stantard].
There’s no doubt that there will be more to come in these coming weeks as Pochettino aims to build on their fourth place finish from last season.
Newly-promoted Aston Villa, who have also splashed the cash ahead of their return to the big time, will be Tottenham’s opponents on the opening day of the season.
