The Rangers winger was injured on his debut for Steven Gerrard’s side at Ibrox last November.

Serge Atakayi has confirmed his participation in Rangers reserves’ fixture on Monday afternoon.
Atakayi was injured on his first team debut for Rangers against Motherwell last November, and has missed the last 16 weeks in total.
But the winger announced his comeback on Instagram earlier, posting: “Game day after 16 week for injury”.

Rangers’ second string are due to face Partick Thistle at Lesser Hampden, kicking off at 2pm.
As yet, no official line-ups have been published, and it remains to be seen whether Atakayi will make the starting XI.
It was reported last week that the Finnish citizen has been called into DR Congo’s squad ahead of their Olympic gamed qualifier against Morocco later this month (Scottish Sun).

Atakayi, who moved to Rangers in 2016 from FF Jaro, was born in the African nation but has played for Finland at various youth levels.
