
Rodney Marsh has praised Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane on Twitter for his assist for Son Heung-min’s goal against Leeds United.
Son scored for Tottenham in the 43rd minute of their Premier League game against Leeds at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
England international striker Kane provided the assist for the goal, having himself opened the scoring for the home team from the penalty spot in the 29th minute.
Former Manchester City forward Marsh was following the match, and he was impressed by the pass from Kane for Son.
Ex-Spurs star Micky Hazard has praised both Kane and Son on Twitter.
Tottenham Hotspur’s title challenge
The 3-0 win against Leeds means that Tottenham have moved up to third in the Premier League table.
Spurs now have picked up 29 points from 16 matches and are just four points behind leaders and defending English champions Liverpool.
Jose Mourinho’s side are certainly in the race for the Premier League title this season, and the comfortable win against Leeds at home this afternoon will only boost their confidence.
