Young forward clearly is not ready for Leeds yet.

Leeds United are planning to send young striker Jay-Roy Grot on loan for another season.
The Yorkshire Evening Post report both Hearts and Vitesse Arnhem are both interested in a deal.
Grot, 21, spent last season in the Eredivisie with VVV Venlo.
Sending him out on loan for another year is the right decision from Leeds’ perspective.
Grot struggled in his first season at Leeds, and his confidence was noticeably affected, contributing just one goal.
Even last season at Venlo, he was inconsistent, scoring six times.

It was a marginal improvement, but not enough for him to really start challenging for the Leeds first team.
He would be behind Kemar Roofe, Patrick Bamford, Tyler Roberts and possibly even Ryan Edmondson.
At best, his game time would be limited, and this would stall his development.
He needs another loan, and Leeds are sensible to make that call early and let him have a pre-season at his next club.
If Grot can score 10-20 goals on loan, then, and only then, can Leeds start to consider him as a viable challenger.
It would be giving him false hope to keep him around next season for cup games, under-23 football and limited appearances off the bench.
