Newcastle United fans have proposed selling Aleksandar Mitrovic to fund a bid for Kenedy.
Newcastle fans have, generally, been against the sale of Mitrovic, but they now feel that offloading the 23-year-old could benefit them.
Rafael Benitez has confirmed that Newcastle will attempt to bring Kenedy back to St. James’ Park next season, after what has been a brilliant loan spell.
Benitez has admitted that Newcastle are must likely to target signing Kenedy on loan again from Chelsea.
But Magpies fans are hoping that Mitrovic’s departure could make room for Kenedy to join on a longer-term deal.
Mitrovic has been in wonderful form since leaving Newcastle in January to join Fulham.
The £13 million signing’s from Anderlecht’s price-tag continues to rise, as he catches the eye at Championship level.
Kenedy, meanwhile, has featured in every Newcastle game since signing for the Tyneside club, and the Brazilian’s form has been a major reason behind why Benitez’s men have avoided relegation.
