Some Liverpool fans on social media were seething after Ozan Kabak picked up a yellow card in the 70th minute on his Liverpool debut.

The Turkish defender had an afternoon to forget as the Reds lost 3-1 to Leicester City, and to make matters worse, he picked up a yellow card on his debut.

All in all, Kabak wasn’t brilliant on his debut, but Liverpool fans did feel he was hard done by when the referee decided to caution him for what looked to be a soft foul on Harvey Barnes.

Of course, the booking didn’t make too much of a difference in the grand scheme of things as Kabak didn’t end up getting a red card, but that didn’t stop some Liverpool fans from complaining about it during and after a game.

We can understand why Liverpool fans weren’t happy about this. After all, they were all hoping for Kabak’s debut to go as well as it could go, and a soft booking did put him at risk of being sent off.

Understandably, Reds supporters weren’t happy, and here’s what they’ve been saying on social media…
