Some Tottenham fans on social media are absolutely gutted after the London Evening Standard delivered an update on the injury status of Sergio Reguilon and Giovani Lo Celso.
The report states that Reguilon is set to miss the majority of this month, while Lo Celso isn’t set to be back until early March.
Spurs have struggled lately without Lo Celso and Reguilon, losing their last two league games, and with Harry Kane still out of action, this update has led to some Tottenham fans losing hope.
One fan claimed that the season was finished and that the club should give up on their dreams of qualifying for the Champions League, while there were plenty of other downbeat reactions online.
We can understand why as well, Spurs really need to put together a run of results if they’re to get their season back on track, but that’s going to be difficult without Reguilon and Lo Celso available.
