Would Burnley boss Sean Dyche be a good managerial appointment for Everton?

According to Sky Sports, Everton are interested in appointing Sean Dyche as their new manager.

Everton are on the lookout for a new boss following the departure of Ronald Koeman.

Koeman was recently dismissed as the manager of the Toffees due to a disappointing run of results in the Premier League and in the Europa League.

Dyche is in charge of Burnley at the moment, and the Englishman has done a wonderful job at Turf Moor.

The Clarets have established themselves in the Premier League and are as high as seventh in the table at the moment.

Everton’s (reported) interested in Dyche should not come as a surprise to anyone, but would the 46-year-old accept the managerial role at the Toffees if the Merseyside outfit do make an offer?

“I just keep going on with my job,” Dyche is quoted as saying by BBC Sport (22:18) when asked what if Everton come calling.

Everton are a massive club, and Dyche would be a success at Goodison Park, but he has a safe and secure job at Burnley.

True, leaving the Clarets for the Toffees would be a step-up in Dyche’s managerial career, but would he remain the manager this time next season if results do not improve?
