Kieran Trippier joined Tottenham Hotspur from Burnley in the summer of 2015.

Trippier was on the books of Burnley on a permanent contract from 2012 from 2015 when he moved to Tottenham for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £3.5 million.
The 26-year-old was a key player for Burnley during his time at Turf Moor, having initially joined the Clarets on loan from Manchester City in 2011.

The defender has been the second-choice right-back at Tottenham for the past two seasons, but he seems to have established himself in the starting lineup now that Kyle Walker has left for Premier League rivals City.
Burnley manager Dyche has been impressed with the progress that the England international has made at Spurs, and has revealed that he and his some of his players are still in touch with Trippier.

“He’s got a good bond,” Dyche told The Burnley Express about Trippier. “He still speaks to a few of the lads here and I get the odd text message from him.
“He’s a great lad. I enjoyed his performances and I enjoyed him as a character. He was a good lad to be around – good in our group.”
“I think he’s still moulding,” added Dyche. “His career’s still changing and his performances are still getting stronger in different ways.
“He’ll have learnt from us and he’ll have learnt from Pochettino and his staff so I think there will be differences (in his game).
“But he was already a very good player, in my opinion, when he left here and definitely a Premier League player.”
Burnley will take on Tottenham away from home at the Wembley Stadium in London in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
