Sean Dyche has hailed Tottenham’s forward line, including their ‘top players’ Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son, as he told his pre-match press conference.

The Burnley manager suggested that ‘everyone in the Premier League’ is aware of how good these Tottenham players are.

Added with Son and Kane, a certain Gareth Bale is also starting to warm up his engine.

Dyche was asked about Burnley having to deal with Tottenham’s attacking qualities later on today, including Bale who is now starting to come to the fore.

“Top players and a top combination as well, Harry Kane and Son, it seems with the players scoring or providing,” said Dyche.

“Harry Kane is someone I have spoken openly about. Absolutely top for me in everything he does and what he’s about, so if he’s fit and he’s well then, of course, you have got to be alive. But they have other (top) players elsewhere.

“The reality with our group, and everyone in the Premier League, our slightly wiser years in the Premier League. They know about these players.

“We don’t constantly do analysis. We obviously offer some detailed analysis and things that we think are noticed. But they know these players. They know how good they are. They know we have to be on top of our game to perform.”

Well, the last time Tottenham met Burnley, a certain Kane and Son combined for the latter to score the only goal of the game.

Whilst that combination hasn’t been as red hot as it was at the start of the season, that threat is certainly there.

Added with that, Bale and Dele Alli are also starting to come to the party, albeit in Europe, but if they transform those performances into the Premier League then it’s trouble for anyone who steps in front of them.
