Scott Sinclair scored twice for Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic against Hibernian in the Scottish Premiership last weekend.

The Bhoys faced Hibernian away from home at Easter Road in the league on Sunday afternoon.
After a goalless first half, Sinclair scored twice for the Glasgow giants – first in the 59th minute and then on 64 minutes.
Hibs launched a stirring comeback thereafter and scored twice to earn a point from the Scottish Premiership encounter courtesy of a 2-2 draw.

Former Chelsea and Manchester City winger Sinclair, 28, has revealed that referee John Beaton thanked him for not diving when he was pulled back by Hibernian’s Steven Whittaker.
When asked if it was a penalty, Sinclair told The Scottish Sun: “Yes. The ref actually said to me ‘Well done for staying on your feet’. If I can get a shot off, I’ll always stay on my feet.”

Celtic are at the top of the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with 38 points from 16 matches, five points clear of second-placed and Old Firm rivals Rangers with a game in hand.
The Hoops will return to action on Wednesday evening when they take on Hamilton Academical at Celtic Park in the Scottish Premiership.
