Celtic winger Scott Sinclair played with Queens Park Rangers defender Steven Caulker at Swansea City.
The Bhoys have been linked with a move for the Queens Park Rangers defender in the summer transfer window.
The former Cardiff City defender worked with Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers at Swansea City during the 2011-12 season when he was on loan from Tottenham Hotspur.
Sinclair believes that Caulker would be a good addition to the Celtic squad, having spent a season playing alongside the defender at Swansea.

“Caulks would be a great signing,” Sinclair, who is 28 years of age, told The Scottish Sun. “The manager knows him well from being at Swansea. He had an amazing season there and hopefully he can get his career back on track.
“This would be a great club for him to be at as well. I’m sure he looks at myself and can see I was at a crossroads before I came here.
“But there is no better place to be at than Celtic. If he ever spoke to me I’d tell him it’s the best place to be.”
Caulker is a good defender and would be a good signing for Celtic, who could do with a centre-back given the injury suffered by Dedryck Boyata.
As reported by The Glasgow Evening Times, the 26-year-old defender has been ruled for up to three months with a medial ligament injury.
