Celtic winger Scott Sinclair praises Tottenham Hotspur and England international defender Kieran Trippier.

Trippier – who has been on the books of Tottenham since 2015 when he joined from Burnley for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £3.5 million – was a key player for England at the World Cup in Russia this summer.
The 27-year-old right-back played brilliantly for the Three Lions and was arguably the best outfield player for the 2018 World Cup semi-finalists.
Sinclair – who joined Celtic from Aston Villa in 2016 for a transfer fee reported by The Guardian to be worth £3m – played with Trippier for the England Under-19 side, and he has spoken highly of his former teammate.
The 29-year-old – who earns £25,000 per week as salary at Celtic, according to The Daily Star, told The Scottish Sun: “Kieran has come such a long way in a short space of time.
“He’s now a great player for Spurs and England. I was with him at Under-19 level with England and before Burnley, Kieran was at Barnsley. It’s great that he’s taken that route and worked his way up to start for England.”

Quality footballer
Trippier has stepped up his game since the departure of his England international teammate Kyle Walker to Manchester City in the summer of 2017.
The right-back has established himself as a key figure at Tottenham, and his performances as a right wing-back have been hugely encouraging.
Brilliant at the back while defending, the 27-year-old is brilliant with his crosses and set-piece deliveries.
