Brendan Rodgers has seemingly got the best out of a number of Celtic players, but it is perhaps James Forrest who has made the biggest improvement.

Scott Sinclair has suggested that Celtic supporters have been telling him about how great an improvement James Forrest has made this season, the Daily Record reports.
The 25-year-old’s Parkhead career appeared to be coming to an end under Ronny Deila as he struggled for any kind of consistency. During the 2015/16 campaign, he managed just two league goals and one assist, leaving Hoops supporters to start giving up on the winger who had once seemed destined to be a star when he emerged on the scene.
However, since Brendan Rodgers’ arrival, Forrest has looked a completely different player. He has five goals and four assists in the Scottish Premiership this term and still has bags of time to improve that record further.
And Sinclair explained that Forrest’s improvement has not gone unnoticed by the Bhoys supporters, and suggested that Rodgers deserves credit for his upturn in form.
“A lot of people have said they’ve seen a massive difference in James this season, even fans I’ve bumped into,” he said, as reported by the Record.

“He has added more goals – this is the most he has scored and the most he has played in years.
“But it shows what the manager is bringing, what he demands of the players, how he’s structured the team, how he wants us to play.”
With the likes of Patrick Roberts and Sinclair himself also battling for places in that front three that sit just off Moussa Dembele, it is hardly surprising that the Hoops have scored 19 more goals than any of their top flight rivals.
Their attacking players, obviously, have the ability to create chances for Dembele or Leigh Griffiths, but they are also more than capable of finding the back of the net themselves, and that arguably makes life incredibly difficult for opposition defenders.
If they were just looking to supply the striker, then the defenders would know that they are, more often than not, just going to try and get down the line, however, their ability to score means that opponents have no idea what to expect when the likes of Forrest, Roberts and Sinclair run at them at pace.
