Scott Sinclair has told the Glasgow Evening Times that he has been shocked by every player at Celtic.
Sinclair moved to Celtic from Aston Villa during the summer transfer window, and he has immediately become a key part of Brendan Rodgers’ starting line-up.
The rapid attacker has scored seven goals in his first 13 appearances for the Bhoys.
And Sinclair said: “I am surprised with the whole team. There is a real togetherness and a real team spirit about us. It is what makes us so difficult to beat because we are a team who will battle for everything.”
Sinclair’s impact at Celtic has helped Brendan Rodgers’ side make a highly impressive start to the new campaign.
The Bhoys have picked up a credible draw against Manchester City in Europe, and they have also caught the eye through their performances in domestic action.
Celtic remain unbeaten in Scottish Premiership matches, and they already have a four point lead at the top of the table.
Celtic already look sure fire bets to win the league again, if they can maintain their current standards for the whole season.
Celtic’s next match come against Motherwell in two weekends’ time, after the international break.
