Scott Sinclair has only made four starts for Brendan Rodgers’ Celtic side so far this season in the league.

Sinclair barely featured for Celtic over the early part of the campaign, with most his appearances coming as a substitute.
However, the rapid wide-man has now started in Celtic’s last two league matches and he has impressed.
Sinclair helped Celtic to a 5-0 victory over Hearts yesterday, and even though he didn’t get on the scoresheet he still caught the eye.
And Sinclair admits that he is delighted to be starting again, as he has been frustrated with sitting on the bench.
“The manager sometimes went with a different shape, with a midfielder playing in my position, so I had to wait my turn,” the £3 million signing said (the Guardian).

“I had to be patient for an opportunity to go back in the team. It was very frustrating but all I could do was continue to work hard. I didn’t feel like I’d lost any of my confidence. I’ve always believed in myself, I know what I can do. I’ve shown that here. Being out of the side has been difficult but I want to pick up consistency now because when you’re in and out, it’s hard to do that.”
Celtic appear to be clicking into gear now, after a slow start to the season.
Rodgers’ side have dominated in recent weeks, as they edge closer to their familiar position at the top of the table.
Celtic are next in action against Leipzig in Europe on Thursday, where Sinclair looks likely to start again.
