Patrick Bamford is struggling for goals for Leeds United at the moment.

Scott Minto has told Football League World that Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford has stepped up his game this season.

The former Chelsea and West Ham United left-back, who now works as a presenter on Sky Sports, believes that Bamford has “great talent”, and that the 26-year-old is working harder this season that he did in 2018-19.

Minto told Football League World about Bamford: “There’s a lot of criticism that gets thrown at Patrick Bamford, and while I’m not his biggest fan, I do think that he has great talent and this season I’ve seen him up his game in terms of movement, his work ethic and his ability to battle with defenders.”
