Rangers goalkeeper Allan McGregor
McKenna plays with Rangers goalkeeper McGregor for the Scotland national football team, and the 22-year-old was impressed with the performance of the Ibrox star for Scotland against Israel at Hampden Park in Glasgow in the UEFA Nations League last week.
The 22-year-old Scotland international has spoken highly of the 36-year-old Rangers ace, who returned to Ibrox in the summer transfer window for his second spell at the Gers.
McKenna told The Scottish Sun about McGregor: “He didn’t have too much to do but he’s been a top class keeper for many years and he showed just how good his concentration was to pull that off.”

On Celtic’s radar
Interestingly, McKenna, who is one of the best young defenders in the Scottish Premiership, has been linked with a move to Rangers’ bitter Old Firm rivals Celtic.
According to The Daily Mail, Celtic will revive their interest in Aberdeen McKenna in the January transfer window.
It has been reported that Brendan Rodgers’s side wanted to sign the youngster in the summer transfer window, but Scottish Premiership rivals Aberdeen refused to sell them.
McKenna will face McGregor next month when Aberdeen take on Rangers away from home at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership.
