Glasgow Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos is a key player for Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club.

McDonald has praised Morelos for his goals and his style of play, but the former Celtic striker believes that the Rangers striker needs to stop missing chances.
“The one criticism I still have is probably, I am being harsh, but he probably misses too many chances,” McDonald told Open Goal about Morelos.
Fair criticism?
McDonald made the aforementioned comments about Morelos following Rangers’ failure to win against Hibernian on Wednesday evening.
The Scottish Premiership game ended in a goalless draw, with the 22-year-old missing a few good chances.
While the striker does need to be more clinical, there is no doubt that he is one of the best in the business in the Scottish Premiership.

Morelos has scored nine goals and provided seven assists in 15 Scottish Premiership appearances for Rangers so far this season, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
Rangers are second in the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with 35 points from 18 matches, a point behind leaders and Old Firm rivals Celtic, who have played 17 games.
The Gers will return to action on Sunday afternoon when they take on St. Johnstone away from home in the league.
