Celtic came from behind to beat Partick Thistle on Tuesday night.

Celtic captain Scott Brown has declared his delight on Instagram after the Hoops came from behind to beat Partick Thistle on Tuesday night at Firhill Stadium.
Hearts loanee Connor Salmon had given Alan Archibald’s side the lead in the first half after Mikael Lustig conceded a penalty, slotting the ball past Craig Gordon to earn a half-time lead.

However, second-half strikes from Scott Sinclair and substitute Leigh Griffiths turned the Scottish Premiership clash on its head. Sinclair won and converted a penalty in the 55th minute, before sub Griffiths scored 15 minutes later.
The narrow win delighted Brown, who remained on the pitch for 90 minutes. He posted on Instagram that it was a “great three points” and applauded both of the Bhoys’ goalscorers with focus now on Saturday’s clash against Hibernian.
Brendan Rodgers will have watched nervously from the touchline as his Celtic side were in danger of losing their second game in Scottish domestic football under the former Liverpool and Swansea City manager.
But his stars turned the tie on its head and they now sit 11 points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership table, with Old Firm rivals Rangers doing battle with Aberdeen on Wednesday night at Ibrox.
