Brendan Rodgers has made a very impressive start as Celtic boss.
Scott Brown has told the Glasgow Evening Times that he is loving life at Celtic, with Brendan Rodgers in charge.
Rodgers has made a big impression at Celtic Park since taking charge this summer.
The Bhoys have started their Scottish Premiership campaign in fine form, and their performance against Manchester City in the Champions League was also highly impressive.
Celtic managed to pick up a 3-3 draw with City, and they backed up that display by winning 1-0 against Dundee in their most recent outing.
Celtic’s players appear to be playing with a great amount of freedom, and Brown has been very encouraged by Rodgers’ start to life in Glasgow.
“We have a great squad and this is a great place to be right now. We want to keep that going as long as we can and as long as training is interesting, and there are lot of variations and changes that the gaffer has implemented, then everything will be and is spot on,” the midfielder said.
“It doesn’t matter if it’s Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday; training has been exceptional. I get on really well with the manager. We speak a lot, but it’s not just him. The coaching staff have been fantastic as well.”
There was great excitement around Celtic when Rodgers was appointed, and he has not disappointed so far.
Celtic look well on track to win the Scottish Premiership title once again, and their performances in Europe have also been heartening.
Celtic are next action after the international break, when they take on Motherwell.
