Celtic enjoyed a stunning season last time out, winning the domestic treble, but Scott Brown is adamant that improvements can still be made.
Scott Brown has told Celtic’s official website that Brendan Rodgers has made the Hoops squad believe that they can improve further, despite the domestic dominance they enjoyed last season.
Celtic enjoyed a stunning first season under the Northern Irishman, winning the Scottish Premiership with ease and also triumphing in both domestic cup competitions, going unbeaten on all three fronts.

Apart from doing better in the Champions League, it is difficult to see how the Bhoys can better last season’s achievements, but Brown is adamant that the side are refusing to allow themselves to become complacent.
“The gaffer always wants us to improve every day, whether it’s in training, in the gym, whatever you’re doing,” he told the club’s official website, “and this season we’ve got to maintain more of the ball, keep possession and create more chances and score more goals, and here’s hoping we can win even more games this season.”
It would undoubtedly be an unbelievable achievement if Celtic were able to match, or perhaps even surpass, what they managed on the domestic front last season.
They dropped points in just four league games during the entire campaign, and two of those particular games came once the title was already wrapped up – when they would have surely been forgiven for taking their foot off the pedal after a stunning year.
But by looking to improve further, it is surely fair to assume that Rodgers’ men will be taking absolutely nothing for granted during the coming season, fully determined to write their name into the history books once again.
